How is NuGlow different?

How often will I receive my Club Kit?

Every 60 days, you'll receive a 2-month supply of our 3, 4 or 5 piece system. Your credit card will automatically be billed the Club Member price, plus shipping and handling, for each additional 60-day supply. Of course, you can always speed up or slow down your shipping intervals to meet your needs. What if I run out of my products before the next shipment arrives?

It takes most people about 60 days to finish the products in our Club Kit. However, if you find that you use them more quickly (or slowly) than expected, you can adjust the frequency of your deliveries to match your individual usage. Simply call Customer Service at 866.605.9510. You can also contact us by email to change your delivery dates or product configuration.

Can I change the products I receive?

Absolutely! After you’ve received your first kit you can reconfigure your future orders any time you want. If you’d like to adjust the products so you receive less of one product, or more of another, all you need to do is contact customer services at 888.570.9594 or send us an email. It’s that simple.

The NuGlow system has worked for so many people, we want you to try it absolutely risk-free. Just try NuGlow for a full 60 days. If you're not totally satisfied with the results, simply return the bottles within 60 days - even if they're empty - for a complete refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). You have nothing to lose but your wrinkles!

What if I want to cancel my Club membership?

You can cancel at any time with a quick call to Customer Service at 866.605.9510. However, even if you decide to cancel your auto shipments you can still order online or by phone and receive our low club prices.

How do I recover my password?

How does the Free 30 Day Trial Work?

When you select the Free Trial we will send you a 30 day supply of our Copper Peptide Serum with MD3 Copper and Antioxidants (1/2 oz). On the 30th day, unless you notify us by calling customer service at 866.605.9510, we will automatically send you a full 60 day supply of our Copper Peptide Serum with MD3 Copper and Antioxidants at our low club price of $39.95 plus S&H. Every 50 days after that we will send you a new 60 day supply. You can cancel at any time by notifying customer service.

How do I return unwanted product?

You have 60 days from the shipment date on your invoice to return products for a full refund (less S&H). Prior to returning products you need to contact Customer Service at 866.605.9510 to receive an RMA number. This number is used to track your return and process your refund. All refunds are credited to the account you used to pay for your products.

If you have products that you wish to return after 60 Days we will accept them if they are unused only. A credit for the retail price, less S&H will be applied to your account. This credit can be used to purchase additional NuGlow products.

Does NuGlow test on animals?

No, we do not do any testing on animals.
